Help is at hand if you require assistance with our FTP service, downloading our price lists or just want some advise about our services. You are more than welcome to email of phone us within normal working hours (including Saturdays) but before you do the answer might be listed below.

Can't connect with the FTP server? - At night and on Sundays the FTP server might not be available, please try during normal working hours.

I don't seem to be able to open the price list folder - You will need a password to open the zipped folder, please fill in the enquiry form or the contact us page and we will send you the password. Alternatively ring Aydin Colour and we will forward you a copy by post or email.

What resolution should I make files before I send them? - Up to 12 inch prints should be made to 300ppi and over that size should made to 250ppi - see our price list for more details.
